The year 2025 marks a monumental moment in the evolving partnership between India and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). As both regions come together to celebrate the ASEAN–India Year of Tourism, the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd. (IRCTC) has emerged as a leading torchbearer.

In collaboration with the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), IRCTC spearheaded a distinguished delegation at the prestigious International Travel Expo (ITE) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This event served as a vibrant platform to highlight India’s growing appeal.

IRCTC at the Forefront

IRCTC’s role goes far beyond participation—it is about shaping the future. The delegation showcased India’s diverse travel offerings, from spiritual tourism to the iconic Bharat Gaurav Tourist Trains.

They engaged with travel leaders from Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, and more to explore joint promotions and training exchanges.
